During the first six-and-one-half years of Mr. Eagle’s career, the courtroom was his training-ground. He developed highly strategic litigation skills while investigating, preparing and litigating hundreds of cases in court. Mr. Eagle began his career as an Assistant District Attorney in Queens County where he was a member of the Homicide Trial Bureau, the Major Offense Prosecution Program, and a Supreme Court Trial Bureau. He investigated, tried and obtained convictions for high profile cases of murder, other armed and violent felonies and economic crimes. Having established this solid foundation of litigation skills, Mr. Eagle entered private practice and has been representing client’s business interests for more than 25 years.
His strategic approach to litigation became the firm’s standard way to practice law, and enables the firm to be a tenacious and effective courtroom advocate for its clients. He, along with his firm, has been resolving disputes to client’s satisfaction in the courtroom or through negotiations, including matters involving securities arbitration.
