Litigation

Clients value the strategic, meticulous and aggressive approach we use to address a wide range of complex commercial matters, including those involving disputes resulting from commercial financing relationships; shareholder and partnership disagreements; fiduciary relationships; license and distribution agreements; employment relationships; the purchase and sale of a business; and a myriad of other contractual issues. In addition, we have represented victims of fraud, including Ponzi schemes.

We represent individuals and entities in trial and appellate courts, before administrative tribunals and in arbitration and mediation proceedings. The firm’s well-honed litigation skills are part of its “professional DNA.”

Of Counsel

Further, our “of counsel” relationships with other law firms provide flexibility to readily expand our resources, when needed, to access additional subject matter knowledge or meet jurisdictional requirements.

Securities Fraud Arbitration

The firm also represents clients in securities fraud arbitrations. While the financial crisis of 2007-2008 prompted an increase of regulations to protect investors, the volume of securities fraud and securities disputes rose dramatically since that meltdown. Although securities arbitration takes place outside of the court system, these proceedings are highly specialized. Our hands-on experience with securities fraud enables the firm to effectively represent client’s interests in these matters.
